Learn how we are dedicated to serving those cases where jurisdiction is lacking, where there was no valid summons or complaint, where recording was not allowed, or where a paupers litigant who could not afford transcripts could not record. We know when you tell us stories that you were not allowed discovery, that your pleadings were struck by opposing counsel when you turned your back, when items were removed from the file and handed to a child rep. or GAL (guardian ad litem) those stories are true.
